We operate under a "Client-First" data model. Any data processed by our Scout Engines or custom AI agents belongs exclusively to the Client. Gato Rojo Intelligence does not claim ownership of, nor do we sell or trade, any lead data, contact lists, or internal CRM information processed through our systems.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To deploy and optimize your AI infrastructure, we may collect:

  • Contact Information: Name, business email, and company details.

  • System Access: API keys or OAuth tokens for CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication platforms.

  • Target Parameters: Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and lead criteria provided for system calibration.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Calibrating and deploying your dedicated AI instances.

  • Ensuring hyper-personalization in outreach sequences.

  • Monitoring system health and deliverability rates.

  • Note: We do NOT use your proprietary data to train global AI models or to benefit other clients within our network.
